Frequently Asked Questions.
Overview of the Telehealth Program
What is LifePact?
LifePact Health is a telehealth platform that provides access to personalized health optimization services such as hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptide therapy, GLP-1 medications, and advanced diagnostic testing like blood work. All care is managed by licensed medical providers, with support from dedicated Wellness Advisors to guide you through the process.
What states does LifePact service?
LifePact Health provides services nationwide, subject to state-specific medical licensure and prescribing regulations.
Telehealth Process: What to Expect
How long does the full process take?
Typically 7 to 12 business days from intake to treatment. Lab results generally take 3 to 5 days after your blood draw.
Why do I need to upload my driver's license?
This is required to verify your identity and ensure prescriptions are issued correctly. It is a standard process in telehealth to remain compliant with HIPAA and pharmacy regulations.
What does the initial consultation cover?
It is a 15-minute phone call with a Wellness Advisor to:
- Explain next steps
- Set expectations
- Answer non-medical questions
This is not a medical visit. It is to ensure clarity before you meet with a provider.
Lab Results & Optimization
What if my labs come back "normal"?
"Normal" does not always mean "optimal." Even within standard ranges, you may experience fatigue, low libido, poor sleep, or slow recovery. LifePact focuses on functional health, helping you perform at your best, not just avoid disease.
What's the difference between 'normal' and 'optimal'?
- Normal: based on broad averages used in conventional medicine
- Optimal: based on performance, energy, aging, and personal wellness

Patient Eligibility & Referrals

Yes. If the results are from the past 60 to 90 days and include all necessary markers, your provider will confirm whether additional testing is needed.
What if I'm already receiving treatment elsewhere?
You may still join LifePact. The medical team will review your history and decide whether to continue, modify, or improve your protocol. You must not stop current treatment without medical clearance.
Can I use LifePact Health if I'm pregnant or trying to conceive?
If you are pregnant or trying to conceive, speak to your OB-GYN first. Some treatments may not be appropriate during this time.
Treatment Options & Therapies
What's the difference between HRT and peptides?
- HRT and TRT replace declining hormones like testosterone, estrogen, or progesterone.
- Peptides are short amino acid chains that stimulate your body's own functions, such as fat metabolism, recovery, sleep, or cognitive performance.
Do I have to stay on treatment forever?
No. Some protocols like HRT are designed for long-term use, but peptides and other therapies are often used in cycles. Your provider will guide you based on your results, goals, and how your body responds.
How are medications administered?
Not all medications require injections. Options may include:
- Injections (SubQ or IM)
- Oral tablets or capsules
- Topical creams or gels
- Dissolvable troches (under the tongue)
What's the difference between SubQ and IM injections?
- Subcutaneous (SubQ): just under the skin (abdomen, thigh), with slower absorption
- Intramuscular (IM): deeper into the muscle (glute or deltoid), with faster absorption
Both methods are safe and self-administered with proper instruction.
